Azzyland, a Canadian Internet celebrity who posts on her YouTube channel, complete with her cosplay videos, has many fans. She is gaming and cosplay model. The website has a subscriber base of 13,4 million. Her journey into hosting started when she made her name online. Her year-long YouTube show Before They Were Famous has become one of its best hosts. Azzyland is a gamer with a strong relationship with The Legend of Zelda. Azzyland also set an internet record when she twerked continuously all day long. Azzyland has over 2 million Instagram followers. Azzyland then recorded all of her costumes and uploaded videos to her YouTube channel that she set up in order to share her costumes. The videos of Azzyland became an instant sensation and began to dominate the Internet. The actress was soon spotted in cosplay as an official artist in nearly every convention around the world. McCrudden interviewed her, after having been attracted by her instant fame. McCrudden during his interview with McCrudden was able to see she appeared appealing when she appeared on camera. He then offered to let her host his YouTube show Before They Were Famous. Her first days hosting the show gave her nightmares because she frequently had trouble identifying the names of the stars. An instance of this got her into trouble when she addressed the popular gaming star FaZe Jen with the name Jason Eugene Vonderhaar. Following the incident, she became an object of a variety of memes, and also an outrage from the public against her. FaZe Jen liked the apology she made in her video.
