Angelica Therese Bengtsson (Swedish track and field athlete) is well-known for her pole vaulting abilities. The winner was the very first Summer Youth Olympics held in Singapore in 2010. Bengtsson was awarded gold medals for her athletic achievements at the World Youth Championships (2009 and the 2010 World Youth Championships) as well as in the World Junior Championships (2010). Angelica Panganiban is a Quezon City native, born in Payatas on November 4, 1986. Her mother is biologically a Filipina and she died in 2008, and was buried there.
